For areas not covered by LBC, flowers need to be picked up from the nearest LBC branch.
If you place your order after cut off time for Valentine\'s Day delivery, we will still process your order and deliver as fast as possible under queue basis.

Wrong address or contact # always makes delay for delivery. Customer should provide complete address (should be use brgy) and contact # for the recipient. If the address is wrong, then items will be pending to our courier office ( for provincial area). Customer needs to pick the product from the courier office as we are not responsible for providing wrong and contact #.therefore we will try our best to contact the recipient to get the correct address and deliver it to their door.
Delay delivery:
Delivery may delay for the following reasons:

• Item was not received by the recipient because of House ’closed’ or unoccupied at the time of delivery
